Alternative sync: Bulk Import from Linkedin by CSV

The initial sync from Linkedin takes forever and I understand you're limited by what linked in allows. Most powerusers would have > 5K connections, so a simpler solution would be allowing us to run an export out of Linkedin and then import into here manually as a CSV import and then you can continue to sync the images in the background.
