Challenge: Not able to track Linkedin touchpoints to my Sales engagement cadence/CRM
Persona: SDR / BDR Manager of a team 5-10+ CASE: We use LinkedIn heavily in our Sales outreach and we're graded against activity metrics. I am still facing a huge challenge as I am not able to track Linkedin touchpoints in combination with my sales engagement tools or CRMs... resulting in a dark social gap unless my reps are meticulous in their manual updates to the CRM... Help us get a huge win for LeadDelta via this functionality. 1000s of other organisations are having this challenge (known fact).
